This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Address customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner via email and our internal ticketing system.
• Prioritize and classify support tickets, ensuring that complicated issues are swiftly directed to our L2 and L3 technical teams.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the Crystal blockchain analytics platform to assist users with navigation and basic inquiries.
• Allocate consistent time for internal training, studying, and shadowing to enhance the technical skills necessary for future promotions.
• Keep precise records of customer interactions and thoroughly document all initial troubleshooting efforts.
• 2-4 years of experience in a customer support position.
• Strong foundational computer skills along with a dependable internet connection.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Ukrainian and/or Russian.
• A strong desire to learn, an ambitious focus on career progression, and the ability to quickly absorb complex technical information.
• No prior technical experience is necessary, just a commitment to learning.
