Yardi Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Cultivates and utilizes relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic business goals.

• Performs comprehensive assessments to pinpoint specific requirements and challenges.

• Offers training and assistance to team members.

• Works alongside internal support teams to address technical issues.

• Assists with workflow optimization and system enhancements.

• Delivers services that align with Welltower’s core values.

• Anticipate weekly travel outside the area and overnight stays as specified in related projects for which this position will be involved.

• Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple work portfolios.

• Strong grasp of project management methodologies and agile practices.

• Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication abilities.

• Proficient documentation and reporting skills.

• Must possess proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to adapt and remain resilient in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in business administration, real estate, finance, or technology is preferred.

• Familiarity with the following Yardi products/modules: Voyager (Commercial, Residential, Senior Housing), Payscan, eProcurement, Vendor Café, Lease Manager, Collectors Workstation, Fixed Assets, Commercial Management, Investment Accounting, Job Cost, Facility Manager, RentCafé Suite, Construction Manager, Utility Manager, Pulse Insights, Deal Manager, Loan and Debt Manager, Forecast Manager, and Document Manager.

• Proven track record in project management, implementation, or consulting positions, especially within the real estate or healthcare sectors.

• Experience in Technical Support is a significant advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business, Real Estate, or Computer Science from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience is required.

• Agile, Six Sigma, or PMP certification is highly preferred.
