This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Provide exceptional onboarding experiences and ongoing technical support for Managed XSIAM clients.
• Examine customer security data to uncover potential improvements in detection coverage, alert quality, tenant hygiene, and automation processes.
• Guide clients on alert tuning, data onboarding, and optimizing correlation strategies.
• Foster continuous enhancements in customer security posture and drive timely value outcomes.
• Organize and prioritize incoming customer inquiries while collaborating with SOC engineering to ensure prompt delivery.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions, security assessments, and proactive engagement meetings with customers.
• Convert complex detection and response concepts into practical guidance.
• Collaborate with Unit 42 SOC engineering, Product, and MDR teams to maintain service quality and alignment.
• Design and execute automation workflows in partnership with the SOC engineering team.
• Represent customer needs, advocate for enhancements, and manage escalations internally.
• Support the creation of documentation, best practices, and scalable frameworks for the Managed XSIAM service.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Security Consulting, Solutions Architecture, or SOC operations, ideally within enterprise cybersecurity or SaaS contexts.
• Solid understanding of XDR, SIEM, and SOAR technologies.
• Proven experience in incident and alert management, correlation development, and onboarding data sources.
• Background in collaborating with security analysts, engineers, and threat hunters in operational settings.
• Outstanding communication skills to articulate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment for prioritizing tasks and addressing complex customer demands.
• A curious and growth-oriented mindset, capable of learning and adapting to new technologies and detection methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline.
