This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist in the comprehensive configuration and deployment of Xactly Incent.

• Tailor Compensation Rules to accommodate intricate commission frameworks.

• Set up and oversee participant hierarchies, team dynamics, and territory allocations.

• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the system's functionality is validated.

• Create and customize Xactly Analytics dashboards and specialized reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in a software development or systems analyst capacity.

• Must be adept with emerging technologies, capable of learning new software, comprehending data and object models, crafting SQL queries, and writing design documentation.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• 1-2 years of experience in implementing Xactly Incent and Xactly Analytics.
