Senior Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Implement and set up Intapp’s Collaboration platform software within the customer’s M365 environment.

• Organize meetings to collect, refine, and document business requirements.

• Configure the software and validate expected functionalities.

• Showcase the configured software to gather customer feedback and make necessary adjustments.

• Collaborate with the customer’s IT team to coordinate M365-related tasks.

• Lead UAT and training sessions with the customer’s project team.

• Communicate and manage issues with the Intapp project manager, ensuring timely project completion within the budget.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over ten years of experience in a technical role.

• At least five years of experience as a software consultant or technical analyst.

• Proven experience administering SharePoint and implementing SharePoint-based solutions in a client-facing role.

• Familiarity with implementing Microsoft 365 Teams and Outlook.

• Excellent time management, prioritization, and communication abilities.

• Some experience with automation coding in Microsoft technologies such as PowerShell or Power Automate.

• Advanced administration skills, especially in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Working knowledge of Azure and the M365 admin center.
