PMO Consultant – International Client

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Support the delivery of large-scale transformation programs through robust governance and coordination.

• Lead the planning, monitoring, and reporting of the program in alignment with deadlines and objectives.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between program teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication.

• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, processes, and documentation to ensure compliance with standards.

• Provide transparent and timely reports on progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Consolidate delivery data into actionable insights to support prioritization and execution.

• Coordinate across multiple workflows, ensuring alignment and transparency among diverse teams.

• Support structured decision-making through accurate and high-quality reporting.

• Enhance PMO capabilities by improving tools, controls, and reporting practices.

• Ensure accuracy, control, and proper documentation in all governance activities.

• Drive accountability and commitment, ensuring activities are completed effectively.

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to the program's success and business outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in PMO delivery.

• Solid understanding of PMO practices, governance frameworks, reporting, and project lifecycle support.

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Professional background as a Project Manager with strong PMO experience.

• Ability to coordinate among diverse teams ensuring alignment and transparency.

• Strong analytical skills to transform delivery data into actionable insights.

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
