Implementation & Business Consultant – Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver consulting services and implement the SGU GPL Billing module;

• Negotiate processes, timelines, task modifications, training, and project documentation with the client;

• Assist in process mapping, provide user training, and oversee all phases of the implementation, ensuring effective communication between the client and the involved team;

• Engage in regular meetings to ensure continuous project alignment and prepare planned work roadmaps, optimizing activities;

• Monitor schedules, manage deadlines and deliverables, and conduct post-implementation follow-ups to guarantee effective use of products and services;

• Remain informed about legal requirements impacting the product, evaluate their effects, and advocate for necessary adjustments. Execute related tasks as directed by leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Understanding of billing processes: subscription/monthly billing, co-participation (cost-sharing) billing, as well as the legislation and legal obligations of operators before ANS;

• Acquaintance with the Unimed system;

• Experience with the SGU system;

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and proactive skills;
