This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
β’ Position yourself as a reliable advisor to prospects and clients while collaborating with Sales Specialists and local partners.
β’ Identify and document specific challenges faced by prospective and existing customers that can be addressed through the implementation of integrated solutions.
β’ Design and propose validated solutions tailored to tackle the identified issues within each unique environment.
β’ Conduct presentations and demonstrations for prospective and existing clients, including Proof of Concept (PoC) and responses to RFP/RFI.
β’ Ensure continuous customer satisfaction, support, and product adoption.
β’ Commit to ongoing self-improvement and education to uphold technical leadership in relevant technologies (data center, SDN, public cloud, security, networking, etc.).
β’ Comprehend and effectively differentiate our offerings from our leading competitors.
β’ Serve as the customer advocate for any technical issues, providing necessary follow-up until resolution is achieved.
β’ A bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience is mandatory.
β’ Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
β’ Demonstrated experience in a pre-sales role, particularly within large enterprise organizations.
β’ Extensive experience in selling technical Cyber Security products and engaging in high-level technical discussions.
β’ Strong analytical abilities to assess complex multivariate problems and develop a systematic approach for swift resolution.
β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
β’ A driven and ambitious mindset is required.
