• Ability to take direction while also being capable of managing your own tasks.

• Strong understanding of interactive storytelling.

• Skill in addressing and integrating creative feedback effectively and constructively.

• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to articulate abstract concepts.

• Familiarity with Unreal Engine and scripting tools.

• A passionate VR enthusiast, well-informed about the latest trends and top games in the industry, particularly from a game design and playable content perspective.

• Experience in VR development.
