This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Translate and adapt gaming content from Simplified Chinese to Japanese, with an emphasis on creative writing.

• Work closely with the localization team to ensure quality and coherence.

• Address translation requirements and assist in resolving issues throughout the translation process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Near professional or literary level proficiency in Japanese writing styles.

• Strong expertise in gaming translation (localization) and Language Quality Assurance (LQA).

• Familiarity with story-driven or narrative games.

• Experience across various game types or genres.

• A robust focus on creative writing abilities and innovative thinking.

• Previous experience in writing original stories, novels, books, or scripts is highly preferred.
