This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Evaluate and assess student learning logs, delivering prompt and constructive feedback to facilitate student development.
β’ Engage with students in real-time through 1:1, small-group, or large-group interactions.
β’ Provide mentorship and tutoring to students enrolled in designated courses.
β’ Design captivating lessons, activities, or learning experiences.
β’ Customize resources and assistance to address individual student requirements.
β’ Recognize at-risk students and organize suitable paths for intervention.
β’ Liaise with parents to offer advice and support.
β’ Participate in IEP meetings when necessary and work together with relevant parties.
β’ Partner with fellow educators to exchange knowledge and assist students throughout the program.
β’ Valid teaching certification: Arkansas, with an endorsement in World Languages.
β’ Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Deep understanding that each child is distinct and thrives on personalized learning.
β’ Compassionate, organized, patient, and reliable communicator.
β’ Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.).
β’ Confidence in mastering various online tools, systems, and programs.
β’ Capability to work autonomously and adhere to deadlines with minimal oversight.
β’ Access to a smartphone, high-speed internet, computer, and webcam.
β’ Authorized to work in the U.S.
β’ Flexible work arrangements.
