This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Evaluate and assess student learning logs, delivering timely and constructive feedback to foster student development.
β’ Collaborate with students in one-on-one, small-group, or large-group formats in real-time.
β’ Provide mentorship and tutoring for students enrolled in designated courses.
β’ Design captivating lessons, activities, or learning experiences.
β’ Customize resources and assistance to address individual student requirements.
β’ Recognize at-risk students and facilitate suitable pathways to intervention.
β’ Engage with parents to offer guidance and support.
β’ Participate in IEP meetings as necessary and work alongside relevant stakeholders.
β’ Contribute to the program by supporting a core group of assigned students while also undertaking additional responsibilities across the program based on team and student needs.
β’ Valid teaching certification in Texas, endorsed in World Languages.
β’ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Strong belief in the uniqueness of each child and the advantages of personalized learning.
β’ Compassionate, organized, patient, and reliable communicator.
β’ Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.).
β’ Confident in the ability to navigate various online tools, systems, and programs.
β’ Capability to work independently and meet deadlines with little supervision.
β’ Must have access to a smartphone, high-speed internet, computer, and webcam.
β’ Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
β’ Orientation, self-directed training, and continuous support.
