This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Adherence to all Health and Safety policies and protocols.
• Manage job cards throughout the repair cycle by documenting parts and consumable usage to accurately allocate costs.
• Ensure comprehensive management of all parts using the Fleet Management System from start to finish.
• Administer all parts-related documentation in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain sufficient stock lines and inventory levels consistently through regular stock counts and reconciliations.
• Handle the unloading and loading of deliveries.
• Source parts while ensuring the best price and quality.
• Keep the stores organized and tidy at all times, adhering to company health and safety standards.
• Conduct regular supplier evaluations to guarantee value for money and quality service.
• Ensure a consistent supply of stock to mobile workshop vans.
• Oversee stock control for remote locations as necessary.
• Ensure the prompt return of repairable items in accordance with the surcharge and return policy.
• Experience in administration.
• Strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with a diverse range of vehicles and parts.
• Ability to adhere to strict time management constraints.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google applications.
• Experience in stock control within a dynamic, multi-manufacturing environment.
