This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Establish and oversee new office environments on a global scale
• Oversee daily workplace and office functions
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, facilities, and building management
• Administer workplace security systems and office access protocols
• Manage office procurement, inventory, and logistical aspects of the workplace
• Implement workplace initiatives including meals, snacks, and wellness assistance
• Ensure that office spaces are well-organized, functional, and operate efficiently
• Assist in workspace planning, ergonomic arrangements, and office enhancements
• Over 4 years of experience in workplace operations, office management, facilities, or related roles
• Excellent organizational and execution skills
• Strong attention to detail and operational dependability
• Capability to manage multiple priorities autonomously
• Exceptional communication and coordination abilities
• Adaptable to working in dynamic environments
• Practical and hands-on working approach
• Experience in high-growth startups or rapid-paced companies is a plus
