This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluation of Next-Generation Technology: Ensure our technology stack is designed to scale effectively in an AI-driven environment. You will take ownership of assessing our go-to-market (GTM) technology.
• Analytics Development: You will create, construct, and maintain the analytics infrastructure that monitors performance across the GTM ecosystem.
• Strategic Recommendations: You will deliver crucial insights and suggestions regarding strategic decisions.
• Vibe Coding and Automation: Serve as our internal GTM Engineer. Rather than relying on conventional engineering resources, you will utilize AI development tools to swiftly create, iterate, and implement custom tools, integrations, and automation workflows.
• Collaboration Across Functions: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Post-Sales leaders to pinpoint operational bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions.
• Project Implementation: Execute and manage projects and strategic initiatives effectively.
• Automation of Workflows: Identify manual bottlenecks throughout the lead-to-cash lifecycle and engineer automated solutions to minimize "human-in-the-loop" friction, thereby enhancing team efficiency.
• Experience: 5+ years in technical Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, or Sales Systems, with a strong focus on analytics and workflow automation.
• AI Proficiency: Experience in vibe coding scalable solutions.
• Engineering Perspective: A demonstrated history of constructing complex business logic and treating internal operations as a scalable product.
• Integration Skills: Advanced knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and middleware (e.g., Zapier, Clay, Workato, or Tray.io) to synchronize data across the revenue stack.
• Mastery of CRM/Tech Stack: Extensive technical knowledge of Salesforce and various GTM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Unify, Clay, n8n).
• Logic and Schema Development: Strong capability to design relational data models and translate complex business processes into clear, automated system logic.
• Problem-Solving Skills: A builder mentality—you thrive on transforming chaotic, manual processes into scalable, efficient, automated workflows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to convert non-technical requirements from our GTM team into technical specifications and vice versa.
