This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Proactive Headhunting: Identify, attract, and secure high-caliber outbound BPO sales professionals through assertive sourcing techniques.
• Comprehensive Ownership: Take charge of the entire recruitment process—from active market analysis to final offer discussions.
• Strategic Contribution: Serve as a local market authority. Evaluate our talent pipeline and proactively recommend enhancements to foster our organizational expansion.
• Future Leadership Opportunities: For the right candidate, this position could serve as a pathway to leading and managing our local branch establishment in the Philippines in the future.
• 8–10+ years of overall Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 2+ years in a leadership or people management role, showcasing complete ownership of the recruitment process (not coordinator-supported or partially assisted hiring).
• Strong proficiency in proactive sourcing and headhunting, with a documented history of identifying and engaging passive candidates through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Experience in dynamic, high-volume recruitment settings (e.g., BPO, shared services, agency, or rapidly scaling organizations).
• Proven capability to function effectively in ambiguous, unstructured, or evolving situations, with minimal supervision and limited procedural guidelines.
• Strong ownership mentality with the ability to manage workload independently, prioritize tasks efficiently, and consistently achieve hiring results.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage both candidates and international business partners in a remote or distributed context.
• Highly proactive, resourceful, and adaptable, with a readiness to assist related business functions such as sales operations, workforce coordination, or customer success as required.
