This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Offer consultation and assistance to managers, teams, and employees to enhance workplace effectiveness and employee wellbeing at the customer location from Monday to Friday, between 10 AM and 4 PM MT in Juárez, Mexico.
• Deliver solution-oriented mental health consultations and connect employees to suitable resources.
• Actively build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts, Spring Health managers, and internal stakeholders, while participating in both customer and Spring Health meetings as appropriate.
• Organize and execute critical incident response initiatives.
• Conduct tailored training sessions and promote Spring Health benefits through various events.
• Acquire an expert-level understanding of the customer benefit ecosystem and available support programs to provide appropriate referrals to members.
• Fulfill necessary internal training and assignments and attend Spring Health Clinical Team meetings.
• Adhere to Spring Health policies, ensuring confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards are maintained.
• Monitor and analyze available data to gain strategic insights into workplace wellbeing, recommend targeted interventions, and collaborate with customer contacts for effective support. Evaluate risks and manage member and organizational crises by providing immediate support, triage, safety planning, and follow-up.
• Offer management consultation to enhance employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness.
• Conduct management referral intakes following established guidelines; ensure proper placement of employees referred by management; provide guidance regarding EAP protocols to counselors assisting employees.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues that hinder care, with support from leadership.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all service delivery.
• Represent Spring Health and reinforce program parameters and objectives.
• Communicate with local contacts and relay any needs to Spring Health partners through regular meetings and touchpoints.
• Proactively foster relationships with key customer contacts and attend customer meetings as needed or appropriate.
• Perform additional responsibilities related to the success of this role.
• A Licenciatura en Psicología (4–5 year Bachelor’s degree) and a valid Título Profesional from an accredited institution are required.
• A valid National Cédula Profesional is mandatory; additional State Licensure (Cédula Estatal) is strictly required for providers practicing in Jalisco, Michoacán, Baja California, Baja California Sur, Sonora, Aguascalientes, or Colima.
• Training and experience in delivering management consultation, critical incident response, and workplace trainings or presentations are essential.
• Experience with evidence-based approaches, including short-term, solution-focused therapy, is necessary.
• Ability to respond swiftly and appropriately to employees experiencing panic attacks, anxiety, or other forms of distress onsite, providing stabilization, safety planning, and connection to care when required.
• Comfortable educating both managers and employees on mental health awareness, early intervention, and how to access available support resources.
• Proactively promote Spring Health services and assist employees in understanding the full spectrum of available support, including therapy, coaching, and workplace consultation.
• Committed to accurate and timely documentation of service delivery, with the ability to summarize interactions in English within Spring Health’s online documentation systems.
• Capable of working independently while also collaborating with a broader care team, including other clinicians and Spring Health clinical care navigators.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with employees, leaders, and organizational partners.
• Navigate workplace environments with professionalism and sensitivity, including settings that may involve union representation or complex organizational dynamics.
• Proactive in identifying emerging workplace needs, fostering relationships across teams, and creating engagement opportunities instead of waiting for issues to arise.
