Workplace Engineering Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Accountable for assisting with Active Directory Domain Administration and managing Identity Management tasks.

• Offer on-call assistance for critical issues during the primary working hours in Eastern Time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Active Directory Domain Administration, including support for ongoing DC migrations, GPO, and Tier 3 troubleshooting.

• Proficiency in Active Directory Identity and Group Management with knowledge of Identity Lifecycle, including IdentityNow Sailpoint and Microsoft Identity Management (MIM).

• Advanced proficiency in English.
