This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.

• Identify the needs of channels and provide technical support for the product offerings

• Support the sales team in pre-sales functions

• Provide technical and engineering information about products

• Conduct presentations at events and address customer inquiries

• Contribute to customer training and development

• Train technical and sales personnel through workshops

• Determine improvements through cost-benefit analysis

• Keep knowledge current by attending educational workshops

• Design the overall architecture of an appropriate technical solution

• Prepare sales engineering reports

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Networks, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields

• 2 years of experience in similar positions, specifically in IT solution design (Mandatory)

• Proven experience with technology wholesalers or channels

• Microsoft Office proficiency – Intermediate level (Mandatory)

• English language skills – Intermediate level (Preferred)
