This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Overseeing the complete bid lifecycle, ensuring that bids progress seamlessly through governance, approvals, and internal milestones.
• Collaborating with cross-functional contributors from Solutions, Finance, Legal, Delivery, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Managing timelines, assessing risks and dependencies, while sustaining momentum in high-pressure situations.
• Partnering closely with Bid Directors and Capture Directors to enhance the overall win strategy.
• Guaranteeing that each submission is compliant, engaging, and produced to the highest quality standards.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex, high-value, multi-solution bids, preferably in public sector or similarly regulated environments.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work confidently across senior, cross-functional teams.
• Capability to remain composed under pressure, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
• Familiarity with governance, approvals, and structured bid processes.
• Experience with large-scale public sector programs is highly advantageous, along with exposure to long-cycle or high-total contract value (TCV) opportunities.
