This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania, +3 more states.
• Lead the advancement of the valve portfolio to enhance market share in the U.S.
• Employ data-driven sales strategies to drive growth in the valve portfolio.
• Identify and assess new potential customers.
• Develop sales materials that empower sales teams to effectively convey our value proposition.
• Engage actively in key sales opportunities to facilitate successful closures.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical or Mechanical), Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in engineering, technical sales, product management, or process development.
• Demonstrated success in customer-facing positions such as sales, application engineering, or technical support.
• Proficiency in managing various sales channels (direct, distributor, national accounts).
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities.
• Competence in Excel or other data management applications.
