This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee a variety of short-term rental properties listed on Airbnb and VRBO.
• Develop, initiate, modify, and enhance property listings, including descriptions, amenities, photographs, house rules, and availability.
• Manage guest communications from initial inquiry through booking, check-in, the duration of their stay, and check-out.
• Respond quickly and professionally to guest inquiries, concerns, access challenges, and urgent requests.
• Keep reservation calendars updated and ensure that booking information is accurate across all platforms.
• Coordinate with cleaning staff, manage turnovers, address maintenance issues, and fulfill other property-related needs.
• Review property details to become well-acquainted with each unit's amenities, access procedures, building specifics, emergency information, and operational guidelines.
• Guarantee that guests receive precise check-in instructions, property details, and follow-up assistance.
• Assist in launching additional properties as they obtain their short-term rental licenses and professional photography.
• Collaborate closely with the current Virtual Assistant and company leadership during the onboarding and knowledge-transfer phase.
• Adhere to established standard operating procedures while seeking ways to enhance guest communication and rental operations.
• Contribute to dynamic pricing and revenue management efforts if experienced with PriceLabs or similar tools.
• Perform light bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks when qualified, such as categorizing property-related expenses, reconciling credit card transactions, and organizing costs by unit.
• Extensive, recent, and practical experience in managing Airbnb properties.
• Proven ability to oversee multiple short-term or vacation rental listings at once.
• Proficient in using both Airbnb and VRBO platforms.
• Prior experience in property management, hospitality, or vacation rental companies.
• In-depth understanding of the Airbnb guest journey, platform regulations, listing management, reservations, and issue resolution.
• Capability to manage guest communications autonomously without needing training on Airbnb basics.
• Strong written English skills and the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with guests.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Ability to calmly address urgent issues and make sound operational decisions.
• Comfortable working independently while coordinating with cleaning staff, contractors, and internal team members.
• Familiarity with Guesty, Hospitable, or other property management systems (preferred).
• Experience with PriceLabs or similar dynamic-pricing software (preferred).
• Knowledge of QuickBooks or light bookkeeping (preferred).
• Experience in launching new short-term rental listings (preferred).
• Understanding of Canadian holidays, seasonal pricing, and vacation rental booking trends (preferred).
