Working Student – Trade Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation, updating, and development of POS materials while supporting promotions, campaigns, and retailer activations.

• Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and product assortment data, and prepare presentations for internal coordination and client meetings.

• Manage product, marketing, and retailer information in various tools and databases.

• Collaborate with external service providers, such as print shops and agencies, while organizing and overseeing material inventories and shipping processes.

• Keep the central Brand Hub (SharePoint) updated and assist with listing topics and marketing materials.

• Help prepare for trade shows and support communication with retail partners, for instance by providing brief updates or text templates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a program related to Marketing, Sales, Communications, Business Administration/Economics, or a similar field.

• Possess a structured, reliable, and independent working style.

• Confident in using Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Canva or Adobe is a plus.

• Previous experience in marketing or sales is advantageous.

• Strong communication abilities and a proactive approach.

• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SharePoint is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Highly motivated, eager to learn, and enjoy working in a team environment.
