This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.
• Assist in the planning, execution, and enhancement of integrated marketing campaigns that span digital, content, events, PR, and sales enablement initiatives.
• Work closely with sales, operations, and creative teams to create, maintain, and revise a diverse array of marketing materials.
• Contribute to the creation and distribution of content across PR, email marketing, the website, and other digital platforms.
• Oversee cross-functional marketing projects, managing timelines, stakeholders, approvals, and deliverables effectively.
• Aid in managing Firefly's online presence through website updates, SEO efforts, email marketing, and other digital marketing strategies.
• Coordinate the execution of trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, internal events, and various brand activations.
• Organize and maintain marketing resources, content libraries, templates, campaign assets, and internal documentation.
• Track the performance of marketing initiatives, preparing reports and insights on critical metrics.
• Conduct research on markets, audiences, and competitors to uncover emerging trends, industry developments, customer insights, and growth opportunities.
• Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of marketing experience, ideally in media, advertising, technology, SaaS, or B2B settings.
• Proven experience in creating marketing materials including presentations, social media content, email campaigns, case studies, and sales collateral.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, website management, and SEO.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation software like PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Creative thinker with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
• Self-motivated individual who takes initiative and excels in a fast-paced startup environment.
