Senior Media Buyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for executing campaigns across Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen, Display, and Shopping.

• Oversee and optimize large Google Ads budgets with an emphasis on efficiency, profitability, and expansion.

• Create and implement structured testing roadmaps that encompass keywords, audiences, bidding strategies, ad copy, landing pages, and campaign structures.

• Evaluate campaign performance to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and discover scaling opportunities.

• Enhance CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, lead quality, and customer acquisition efficiency.

• Develop and manage clear reporting dashboards utilizing Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, and other reporting tools.

• Collaborate closely with the Director of Performance Marketing regarding budget allocation, forecasting, and growth strategies.

• Work in partnership with Creative, CRO, and Data teams to boost ad performance and landing page conversion rates.

• Stay updated on Google Ads platform advancements, automation trends, and emerging best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-6 years of practical experience with Google Ads.

• Proven track record of managing substantial Google Ads budgets.

• Extensive knowledge across Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Shopping, Display, and Demand Gen campaigns.

• Strong grasp of GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, attribution, enhanced conversions, and offline conversion imports.

• Proven ability to enhance ROAS and decrease CPA through systematic testing and optimization.

• Advanced analytical capabilities with expertise in Google Ads reporting, Looker Studio, spreadsheets, and performance analysis.

• Thorough understanding of keyword strategy, search intent, audience segmentation, and account architecture.

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on ownership, initiative, and rapid iteration.

• Excellent communicator capable of translating complex performance data into actionable business insights.
