This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for essential business processes, including sales workflows, onboarding protocols, and client communication frameworks.
• Design a scalable and repeatable onboarding program for therapists, complete with resources, templates, expectations, and educational materials.
• Establish and oversee a referral program for therapists, detailing the process and incentive structure.
• Organize monthly meetings for therapists and create efficient communication systems.
• Oversee Dr. Angelica's calendar using Google Calendar, addressing any synchronization issues as they arise.
• Interact with clients via email to coordinate scheduling and availability.
• Develop a calendar booking system for Discovery Calls.
• Advertise job openings to attract therapists and manage communications within a WhatsApp group.
• Evaluate job applications and suggest interview questions.
• Create SOPs for client onboarding and administer project management systems.
• Strong project management experience.
• Effective and proactive communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Compassionate understanding of the effects on clients, families, and therapists.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with learning new tools (Jane EMR, Google Calendar, AI tools, automation platforms).
• A willingness to learn and grow alongside the team.
• Experience in social media management, basic graphic design, and email marketing.
• Background in a healthcare, therapy, or wellness environment is advantageous.
