This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will assist in managing applicants for our white-collar positions, including Marketing, Tech, Product, and Finance.
• You will screen incoming applications and create initial shortlists.
• You will coordinate interviews and manage the scheduling as well as invitations for candidates and hiring teams.
• You will aid in the creation, publication, and updating of job postings.
• You will prepare contract offers along with the necessary tickets and documents.
• You will work systematically with our recruiting tools to ensure accurate documentation.
• You will progressively engage in small to medium-sized recruiting projects.
• You must be an enrolled student in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, with at least one year of study remaining.
• You should have some initial practical experience in recruiting.
• You work in a highly organized and detail-oriented manner and can maintain an overview while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• You are able to prioritize effectively and manage your time independently.
• You possess strong communication skills and interact professionally and courteously with candidates and stakeholders.
• You are tech-savvy and enjoy utilizing a variety of tools.
• You have a proactive mindset, think ahead, and bring a hands-on approach.
• You must have excellent proficiency in both German and English.
