This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

• Serve as the main point of contact for all Global Talent issues for clients

• Convert client requirements into precise internal briefs and priorities

• Maintain a comprehensive perspective of each client’s team structure, scope, and development

• Take ownership of and manage all new hire briefs, replacements, and role modifications

• Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish in collaboration with the Recruitment team

• Provide support to the Recruitment team as necessary throughout the hiring process

• Ensure clarity regarding role specifications, timelines, and expectations

• Monitor hiring progress and proactively address any risks or delays

• Manage changes in headcount, budget updates, rate changes, and forecasts

• Act as the central coordination hub among Recruitment, HR, Operations, Vendor Management, and Channel/Delivery teams

• Over 5 years of experience in the roles mentioned above

• Proven experience managing clients and stakeholders in a professional setting

• Strong understanding of recruitment and resourcing processes

• Commercial awareness and comfort with budget management and headcount planning

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple moving parts

• Effective communicator able to bridge client language and internal delivery realities

• Comfortable working in a rapidly evolving global environment

• Advanced proficiency in English is mandatory

• Prior experience in the advertising or marketing sector is advantageous
