This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to create thorough recruitment strategies for both external hiring and internal mobility programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and workforce planning initiatives.
• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber talent across various markets, utilizing international recruitment channels and best practices.
• Proactively build and sustain strong talent pipelines, anticipating future hiring demands and market trends to reduce time-to-fill for essential roles.
• Lead employer branding efforts from a global perspective, establishing the organization as an employer of choice in competitive talent landscapes.
• Oversee comprehensive recruitment processes for multiple departments and locations concurrently, from workforce planning through onboarding.
• Perform advanced candidate assessments, including competency-based interviews, behavioral evaluations, and cultural fit analysis.
• Manage internal talent mobility programs by collaborating with HR Business Partners to identify high-potential employees for advancement opportunities.
• Coordinate recruitment efforts across various time zones and cultural contexts for global hiring initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and executives regarding talent acquisition strategies, market intelligence, and recruitment best practices.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to guide hiring decisions and enhance recruitment effectiveness.
• Facilitate calibration sessions with stakeholders to ensure uniform evaluation standards and decision-making.
• Administer and enhance the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity, compliance, and workflow efficiency.
• Generate and assess recruitment metrics and KPIs to evaluate effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure adherence to local labor laws, company policies, and global recruitment standards in all hiring activities.
• Monitor and analyze talent market trends, competitive intelligence, and industry benchmarks to refine recruitment strategies.
• Represent the organization at industry events, career fairs, and professional networks to boost brand visibility and candidate engagement.
• Build relationships with external partners, universities, and professional organizations to enhance talent pipelines.
• A minimum of 4 years of corporate recruiting experience with a proven track record of increased responsibility and scope.
• Established experience in both external recruitment and internal talent mobility/succession planning.
• Global recruiting background across multiple countries or regions, with an understanding of diverse talent markets and cultural nuances.
• Experience in BPO, contact center, or high-volume recruitment settings (strongly preferred).
• Experience managing complex stakeholder landscapes in multi-site and multi-department recruitment.
