Working Student – Talent Acquisition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Become a member of our People & Culture team, operating at the crossroads of human psychology and innovative technology.

• Talent acquisition: discover leading tech profiles via inventive sourcing methods and engage with them proactively.

• Experience management: oversee the candidate journey, ensuring every interaction with smartclip leaves a lasting “wow” impression.

• Network building: serve as a reliable partner for our hiring managers, assisting them in locating the perfect candidates.

• AI integration: assess and implement new AI solutions to enhance the efficiency and speed of our recruiting processes.

• Workflow optimization: enhance procedures in our ATS (TeamTailor) and create automations that allow more time to focus on what truly matters — the people.

• Paradigm shift: facilitate our transition to skills-based hiring approaches and data-driven decision-making.

• Narrative creation: initiate employer branding efforts that resonate within the tech community and establish us as a preferred employer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational background: currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a similar discipline.

• Initial experience: possess some experience in recruiting, sourcing, or HR management — enthusiasm for the tech ecosystem is a significant plus.

• Growth orientation: welcome a challenging learning curve, remain tech-savvy, and consistently question the existing norms.

• Positive mindset: exhibit strong communication skills, exceptional organization, and the determination necessary to thrive in a competitive tech landscape.

• Availability: dedicate 15–20 hours per week to help shape the future of Talent Acquisition alongside us.
