📋 Description

• In the role of a Working Student in Software Engineering & DevOps at SCOUTASTIC, you will collaborate with our skilled team on the ongoing enhancement of our scouting platform.

• Backend Development: Your responsibilities will include developing features for our backend, which involves API design, data modeling, and the integration of external data sources.

• DevOps & Automation: You will assist with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), driving the automation of processes.

• Agentic Engineering: You will leverage cutting-edge AI development tools (e.g., Claude Code) to amplify your productivity and gain practical insights into agent-driven development.

• Testing & Monitoring: Your role will also involve ensuring software quality through testing and monitoring production operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (Master's or advanced Bachelor's).

• You possess practical programming experience gained from projects.

• Tech stack: Some experience with Node.js and/or Python is preferred.

• Familiarity with REST APIs is advantageous.

• DevOps interest: You have a passion for Docker, CI/CD, and cloud technologies and are eager to expand your knowledge in these areas.

• AI Tooling: You are enthusiastic about AI-assisted developer tools and wish to learn how to critically assess their outputs.

• Builder mindset: You are a proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and effectively gets things done.

• Reliability: You are mindful of deadlines and consistently deliver on time.

• A passion for sports, particularly football, and data is a bonus, though not mandatory.
