Senior Site Reliability Engineer – Network

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the technical components of intricate network projects in both datacenter and cloud settings;

• Design and deploy connectivity solutions for advanced platforms on a global scale;

• Establish standards and best practices for network infrastructure;

• Oversee network resources with a focus on automation and infrastructure as code;

• Execute advanced troubleshooting and manage critical incident responses;

• Conduct technical assessments of change procedures;

• Investigate and assess new technologies and services;

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with Cisco technologies;

• Proven background in routing & switching, firewalls, and load balancing;

• Strong understanding of switching, routing, firewalls, and VPN;

• Expertise in routing protocols including EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, and PBR;

• Familiarity with Layer 2 LAN technologies such as STP, VLANs, LACP, and FHRP (HSRP, VRRP);

• Experience with remote access VPN;

• Proficient in Terraform, Ansible, or other automation tools;

• Experience with observability tools like Datadog, Zabbix, Prometheus, and CloudWatch;

• Implementation and documentation experience with medium to large-scale datacenter networks;
