This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Design, implement, manage, and resolve issues related to scalable Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Create and uphold Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
• Establish, oversee, troubleshoot, and enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Monitor production systems and proactively address operational alerts, incidents, outages, and performance issues.
• Handle escalated support tickets and act as a technical escalation resource for operational challenges.
• Investigate and resolve problems related to infrastructure, deployment, networking, databases, and applications.
• Conduct root cause analysis and apply corrective measures to enhance long-term system stability.
• Support highly available environments in accordance with SLA/SLO objectives.
• Participate in on-call rotations and assist with critical production incidents as required.
• Carry out application maintenance, including patching, upgrades, and environmental support tasks.
• Collaborate with development, security, infrastructure, and support teams to swiftly address operational issues.
• Operate within Agile/Scrum frameworks while managing ad hoc operational and troubleshooting priorities.
• Implement best operational practices for reliability, security, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Maintain operational documentation, deployment standards, troubleshooting manuals, and support protocols.
• Over 5 years of experience in technology, infrastructure, cloud engineering, DevOps, or IT operations roles.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Experience in supporting and troubleshooting production environments with SLA/SLO requirements.
• Proficient in responding to operational alerts, incidents, outages, escalations, and infrastructure troubleshooting tasks.
• Skilled in diagnosing and resolving deployment, networking, application connectivity, and system performance issues.
• Experience working in dynamic Agile/Scrum environments as well as ad hoc operational support situations.
• Served as a ticket owner or escalation resource for infrastructure and application support cases.
• Over 3 years of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience with Terraform preferred; ARM templates and/or Bicep are acceptable.
• More than 2 years of experience with SQL databases and Active Directory environments.
• Competent in designing, managing, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, and/or Azure DevOps.
• Strong expertise with Git-based version control systems, primarily GitHub.
• Experience in automation and scripting using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Azure Monitor, Grafana, Uptrends, and Application Insights.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting Azure networking components, including VNets, NSGs, Private Endpoints, peering, load balancing, and application connectivity.
• Understanding of cloud security, operational reliability, and infrastructure best practices.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• Experience in supporting or integrating AI/ML-related Azure services like Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, or Azure AI Search.
• Familiarity with GitOps or platform engineering concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and root cause analysis abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
