• You will reconnect with companies that have previously engaged with us, bringing them back into the conversation.
• You will record results in a concise and clear manner, avoiding CRM busywork and unnecessary administrative tasks.
• You will assist our team in enhancing the effectiveness of outbound communications.
• You will actively share suggestions on how to improve our phone-based lead follow-up processes.
• You must speak German at a native level.
• You should be an enrolled student (your field of study is not a concern) and comfortable using the phone.
• You need to communicate clearly, amiably, and directly in fluent German without hesitation.
• You should enjoy genuine human interaction and strive to make a meaningful impact.
• You need to be persistent, even if initial attempts are unsuccessful.
• You should have an interest in digitalization, industry, and startup culture; prior experience is not necessary.
