This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet revenue and growth objectives in the MedTech sector.

• Identify and target new business prospects within hospitals, healthcare providers, medical device firms, diagnostics companies, and digital health organizations.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, procurement teams, clinical stakeholders, and key decision-makers.

• Oversee comprehensive enterprise sales processes, including prospecting, solution presentation, negotiation, contracting, and closing.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure customer requirements align with business solutions.

• Execute account expansion strategies while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor actions, healthcare regulations, and emerging technologies in the MedTech landscape.

• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business performance metrics for review by leadership.

• Mentor and lead sales managers, account executives, and business development teams.

• Engage in industry conferences, healthcare events, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.


⛳️ Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in enterprise sales or business development within the MedTech, healthcare technology, or medical device sectors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing revenue goals.

• In-depth knowledge of MedTech solutions, including: Medical Devices, Digital Health Platforms, Healthcare SaaS, Diagnostics Solutions, Clinical Technologies, and AI/Analytics in Healthcare.

• Proven experience in managing strategic healthcare accounts and large enterprise contracts.

• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards and regulatory frameworks.

• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.

• A pre-existing network within healthcare providers, hospitals, or MedTech organizations is advantageous.

• Experience in selling AI-driven healthcare or digital transformation solutions is a plus.

• Exposure to global healthcare markets, including the US, Europe, or APAC, is preferred.

• Strong comprehension of healthcare procurement processes and enterprise sales cycles.
