This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of Small Business Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives.
• Propel the achievement of SMB revenue, pipeline, and conversion targets.
• Set clear performance expectations and accountability regarding activity, pipeline generation, opportunity advancement, and closed deals.
• Create and implement outbound prospecting strategies to complement inbound lead generation and enhance market presence.
• Design and optimize territory, segmentation, and lead management strategies to boost sales productivity.
• Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead flow, lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and handoff processes.
• Partner with Revenue Operations to develop reporting, dashboards, forecasting, and performance analytics.
• Track inbound lead response times, conversion rates, pipeline health, and sales cycle effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to enhance SDR support and establish scalable prospecting processes across various sales segments.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, call reviews, deal evaluations, and pipeline inspections to elevate individual and team performance.
• Work collaboratively with Product, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and Marketing to eliminate barriers and accelerate sales results.
• Contribute to the overall sales strategy and act as a leader in CPI's growth initiatives.
• Execute other job-related duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of demonstrated success in leading high‑performing sales teams, consistently surpassing quotas and driving significant revenue growth.
• Proven expertise in sales coaching, pipeline management, contract negotiation, revenue forecasting, and territory management.
• Established ability to instill accountability and performance within a results-oriented sales organization.
• Experience in recruiting, developing, and retaining top sales talent in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
• Strong operational discipline with proficiency in utilizing CRM platforms, sales analytics, and forecasting tools to enhance visibility and business performance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with executives.
• Exceptional leadership abilities to inspire, coach, and elevate high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced, competitive landscape.
• Strategic mindset with robust business acumen, sound judgment, and adaptability to changing market dynamics.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with self-assurance in engaging decision-makers and executive stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, using data, pipeline insights, and market trends to inform sales strategy and performance enhancement.
