This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Promote the complete array of products within the commercial sector.
• Accountable for achieving targeted conversion rates on designated projects.
• Collaborate with all stakeholders on new initiatives.
• Efficiently plan and manage diary schedules.
• Oversee Contractor terms and agreements.
• Offer first-line technical information and dialogue to the client base.
• Respond promptly to all incoming inquiries.
• Complete all reporting weekly using the CRM system.
• Identify opportunities for incremental growth.
• Represent and support the company at various events.
• Provide site assistance and technical training.
• Strong knowledge of the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) marketplace.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale commercial projects.
• Ability to engage in technical dialogue at all levels.
• Experience in delivering presentations to groups.
• Quick to become a technical expert on Polypipe Building Services (PBS products and services).
• Familiarity with project stages and decision-making processes in commercial construction.
• A driving license is required for this position due to necessary travel.
