This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of new business development for Distribution & Fulfillment solutions.
• Identify, qualify, and secure complex warehouse and fulfillment opportunities, encompassing omnichannel, B2B, B2C, retail compliance, and value-added services.
• Facilitate strategic discovery discussions to gain insights into inventory profiles, order flow, network design, service expectations, and cost drivers.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Operations, and Pricing to create scalable and executable fulfillment solutions.
• Confidently present and advocate for solutions, positioning ITS as a long-term supply chain partner rather than a transactional provider.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Utilize access to ITS’s transportation portfolio to enhance broader supply chain discussions and cross-sell when it enhances the solution.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, consultants, and industry connections.
• Employ HubSpot CRM for pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking.
• Work closely with Marketing to support targeted campaigns, content topics, and outbound outreach efforts that generate awareness, demand, and pipeline for Distribution and Fulfillment solutions.
• Cultivate long-term customer relationships that promote expansion, retention, and multi-solution adoption.
• 3-5+ years of experience in selling Distribution, Fulfillment, or engineered 3PL solutions.
• Proven track record of successfully selling complex, multi-year solutions to mid-market clients.
• Strong consultative selling abilities with the capacity to convert operational challenges into actionable solutions.
• Experience working collaboratively with solutions engineering and operations teams.
• Comfortable navigating longer sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with transportation modes (LTL, OTR, Drayage) as part of an integrated solution approach.
• Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
