Working Student – Product Data, Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Examine product and customer data to uncover trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.

• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau to track product performance and business KPIs.

• Assist in product experiments by preparing datasets, measuring results, and assessing feature performance.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers, UX Designers, and AI specialists to enhance product improvements driven by data.

• Investigate and implement AI tools, including Generative AI, to optimize internal processes and enhance customer experience.

• Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Document analyses, experiment outcomes, and best practices to foster continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.

• Experience in data analysis through academic projects, internships, or personal endeavors.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data and articulate insights effectively.

• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.

• Understanding of KPIs and business metrics.

• Interest in AI technologies with practical experience in using ChatGPT or other Generative AI applications.

• Basic knowledge of Python.

• Proficient in English.

• Proficiency in German is an advantage.

• Knowledge of SQL is a plus.

• Familiarity with Databricks, BigQuery, Jira, or Confluence is advantageous.
