Working Student Performance Marketing – m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in the operational planning, execution, and ongoing enhancement of online marketing campaigns (LinkedIn Ads / Google Ads) within a B2B setting.

• Contribute to the maintenance, development, and efficient utilization of acquired leads in HubSpot (Marketing Hub).

• Evaluate campaign performance, construct dashboards, and formulate specific optimization strategies.

• Engage actively in lead management: qualifying leads (MQLs), guiding them throughout the customer journey, and ensuring seamless transitions to Sales.

• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to gain insights into actual go-to-market processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Business Informatics, or a related discipline.

• Initial hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

• Basic knowledge of HubSpot is preferred.

• Keen interest in B2B marketing, performance marketing, and topics related to tech/cybersecurity.

• High initiative, strong online presence, well-developed analytical and conceptual thinking abilities, and the capacity to generate innovative campaign ideas.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, along with proficient German and English language abilities.
