Working Student - Performance Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in the operational planning, execution, and ongoing enhancement of online marketing campaigns (LinkedIn Ads / Google Ads) within a B2B setting.

• Help in maintaining, developing, and effectively utilizing acquired leads in HubSpot (Marketing Hub).

• Evaluate campaign performance, create dashboards, and formulate specific optimization strategies.

• Actively engage in lead management: qualifying leads (MQLs), guiding them through the entire customer journey, and ensuring seamless transitions to the Sales team.

• Collaborate closely with the Sales team and gain insights into actual go-to-market strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Business Informatics, or a related discipline.

• Some hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

• Basic familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.

• A keen interest in B2B marketing, performance marketing, and technology/cybersecurity topics.

• High self-initiative, strong online affinity, and well-developed analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the capability to generate innovative campaign ideas.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, along with proficient German and English language skills.
