Working Student – Part-time Weekend Support, Healthcare & Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide support to our participants through WhatsApp and email, mainly on weekends and as additional assistance during weekdays.

• Classify frequently asked questions regarding GLP-1 agonists, including everyday effects, dosing inquiries, common side effects, and practical behavioral advice.

• Identify warning signs (red flags) and escalate situations as necessary or suggest medical evaluations, without making any diagnoses.

• Aid in check-ins, documentation, and the upkeep of treatment plans using standardized templates.

• Manage operational fundamentals: shipment status, address modifications, special cases, coordination, and ensure clear communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken German proficiency.

• Reliable availability on weekends: you must be able to work consistently on Saturdays and Sundays at agreed-upon times.

• Willingness to occasionally be on-call during weekdays (no fixed hours; ad-hoc coverage as needed).

• Organized work style: ability to document and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Experience in support or customer contact (chat, email, in-person, or phone).

• Accountability when handling health-related topics.

• Currently enrolled as a student (working-student status) or seeking a part-time position.

• Educational background: Medical Assistant (MFA), Pharmacy Technician / Pharmaceutical Commercial Assistant (PTA/PKA), Nursing, Emergency Services, Healthcare Administration, or degrees in Nutrition Science / Dietetics (Ernährungswissenschaft/Oecotrophologie), Public Health, Psychology, Sports Science, or Health Management.

• Familiarity with GLP-1 agonists, telemedicine, or digital patient care.

• Experience with CRM/ticketing tools, Superchat, Intercom, and process-oriented work.
