Analyst, Trust & Safety Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Engage and coordinate with various departments to manage incoming inquiries and address quality escalations.

• Generate reports and provide insights into quality findings as part of quality investigations.

• Lead and/or participate in quality initiatives involving suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders.

• Actively monitor and analyze internal data and statistics to identify and resolve unusual fluctuations in traffic at the supplier, client, and/or user level.

• Contribute ideas towards the development of new tools and products.

• Consistently update product and internal documentation.

• Investigate, plan, and brainstorm ways to enhance the overall quality function.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in the Market Research service industry is preferred.

• Enterprising, inquisitive, and eager to learn new tools and processes.

• Competence in identifying patterns and anomalies within data sets of varying sizes.

• Highly organized and proactive, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• A commercial mindset to comprehend the implications of actions taken.

• A collaborative team player who can communicate effectively and establish strong, trustworthy relationships with stakeholders.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English communication.

• Tech-savvy with expertise in MS Office applications.

• Skilled in using Excel VLOOKUPs.

• Experienced with pivot tables, including filtering and formulas.

• Familiarity with de-duplication checks.

• Background in handling Market Research data validation and checks.

• Capable of manipulating large data files.

• Able to provide clear and concise feedback on data findings.

• Proficient in suggesting necessary improvements.

• Knowledge of sampling criteria and panel management is a plus.
