This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and execute partner operations strategies that align with the company's mission, vision, and long-term objectives.
• Guide and mentor partner operations leaders to meet company standards.
• Supervise daily operations and performance metrics of Regional Directors of Operations and clinical programs.
• Assist in program launches, expansions, and transitions, focusing on staffing, processes, technology, and readiness for communication.
• Lead or assist with field crisis and issue management to maintain operational continuity.
• Act as the primary operational executive contact for key hospital and clinical partnerships.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Implementation teams during account transitions and onboarding processes.
• Provide operational input and performance narratives to support contract renewals, expansions, and RFP responses.
• Work together with clinical, finance, revenue cycle, and internal operations teams to enhance workflows and adopt best practices.
• Drive the adoption of internal processes, policies, and technological changes in the field.
• Identify performance deficiencies and spearhead targeted improvement initiatives, action plans, coaching, and change management.
• Establish systems and technologies that promote data-driven decision-making and standardized operations.
• Set, monitor, and analyze operational KPIs, delivering reports and insights to senior leadership and clients.
• Oversee budgets and resource allocation for designated markets.
• Recruit, nurture, retain, coach, and manage the performance of partner operations leaders and staff.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, contracts, and regulatory standards.
• Create field quality-control processes, encompassing audits, site visits, and performance evaluations.
• Recognize and address patient safety, regulatory readiness, and business continuity risks.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline is required.
• A Master's degree (MHA, MBA, MPH, or related) is preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma or a similar process-improvement certification is preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in operations leadership is required.
• Significant responsibility for multi-site or partner operations is essential.
• Experience in healthcare is strongly preferred.
• A proven track record of meeting operational, financial, and quality targets in collaboration with hospital or clinical leadership.
• Experience in leading teams, implementing process enhancements, and managing complex projects and organizational change.
• Familiarity with working alongside hospital executives and physician leaders.
• Experience in managing senior-level client relationships.
• Ability to supervise partner operations leaders and assigned staff, including performance management, coaching, and professional development.
• Strong strategic and operational leadership skills.
• High emotional intelligence and adept relationship-management capabilities.
• Ability to influence senior leaders, physicians, and cross-functional partners within matrixed organizations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, including proficiency with data, dashboards, and financial reports.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, hospital workflows, quality, patient experience, and regulatory considerations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Comfortable using operational and analytics platforms.
• Willingness and ability to travel, potentially up to 75%.
