Working Student – Operations, Supply Chain Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist the European Head of Operations with daily operational and organizational activities.

• Prepare and assemble meetings, presentations, reports, and decision documents.

• Organize and track appointments, tasks, and actions.

• Facilitate collaboration and communication across various European locations and departments.

• Independently manage smaller projects related to process management and supply chain.

• Evaluate current processes and KPIs to identify areas for enhancement.

• Aid in the development and execution of process optimizations and operational strategies.

• Create analyses, process documentation, and presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree, preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field.

• Excellent organizational abilities and a structured, dependable work approach.

• Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data and processes.

• Proactive attitude and capability to advance tasks independently.

• Confident and professional demeanor when engaging with various stakeholders.

• Very good communication proficiency in both German and English.

• High level of proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Interest in logistics, operations, and international business processes.

• Previous practical experience in logistics, supply chain, project management, or process management is a plus.
