This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and manage comprehensive supply chain operations associated with clinical trials, clinical dose ordering, and radiopharmaceutical distribution.
• Establish and nurture relationships with clinical sites, Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs), and third-party logistics providers.
• Ensure the timely and accurate placement and delivery of clinical supply orders.
• Identify lane mapping for clinical study sites in emerging regions.
• Organize clinical mock shipments to new areas as necessary.
• Review and analyze clinical dose orders and statuses, documenting dose impact notes where applicable.
• Coordinate the labeling, packaging, and distribution activities of investigational products.
• Work in collaboration with Regulatory and Quality teams to ensure adherence to relevant regulations, guidelines, and standards.
• Identify and address supply chain risks while developing contingency plans.
• Develop program models and contribute to study specifications for complex studies.
• Provide management of investigational medicinal products for highly complex studies.
• Create product- and study-specific IMP Handling Manuals in partnership with Clinical Operations.
• Track and analyze supply chain metrics while providing reports and recommendations for process improvement and cost optimization.
• Monitor industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies, integrating relevant advancements into supply chain strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, supply chain, or a related field, or a minimum of 8 years of experience in the radiopharmaceutical sector.
• Experience in inventory management, packaging, labeling, and distribution within pharmaceuticals or a similarly regulated industry is advantageous.
• Proven experience in coordinating investigational product labeling with CMOs.
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and internal quality standards that govern clinical supply chain operations.
• Capability to identify and manage supply chain risks and formulate contingency plans.
• Proficiency in tracking and analyzing supply chain metrics and performance indicators.
• Understanding of industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies in clinical supply chain management.
