Working Student Marketing, Growth & Business Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing strategies.

• Support user acquisition efforts and expand our channels (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Provide creative ideas and collaborate on internal processes, automation, and organization.

• Aid in research, reporting, tool management, and various operational tasks.

• Collaborate closely with the founders to gain insight into the company and share your ideas directly.

• Currently pursuing studies in a relevant field such as marketing, media, business, or healthcare/medicine (not mandatory but beneficial).

• Some prior experience in marketing, startups, or digital projects is advantageous.

• Self-sufficient, dependable, digitally literate — and eager to learn.

• A proactive mindset, organized approach, and practical execution skills.

• Interest in healthcare topics and digital business models.

• Proficient in German; English proficiency is a plus.
