This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.
• Design, implement, and oversee incentive programs to boost sales growth while ensuring profitability.
• Continuously optimize and enhance programs for competitiveness and cost efficiency.
• Develop structured governance to promote transparency, alignment, and performance tracking.
• Monitor, analyze, and modify incentives to maximize ROI and revenue impact.
• Lead the testing of various structures and scale successful models.
• Create and execute partner-level payment management frameworks (segmentation, rules, controls).
• Ensure precise tracking of payment costs and fees.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to optimize payment methods for improved margins and revenue.
• Drive and oversee changes in payment terms in collaboration with the commercial team.
• Enhance processes to minimize manual work and reduce errors.
• Gather and analyze feedback from partners to improve payment solutions.
• Map and analyze end-to-end commercial processes, identifying gaps and bottlenecks.
• Design and implement refined operating models with clear roles, handovers, and service levels.
• Create documentation (playbooks, guidelines, checklists), including exception handling procedures.
• Establish a single source of truth and governance for payouts and payments.
• Promote change adoption through training and process discipline.
• Set up automation and monitoring for critical failure points and ensure clear accountability.
• 3–6 years of experience in project management, revenue growth, revenue operations, or business process optimization.
• Ability to build, implement, and refine structured revenue-focused mechanisms.
• Strong skills in process design and execution; capable of managing multiple initiatives at scale.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, along with a solid working knowledge of Tableau / Power BI.
• Comprehensive understanding of pricing, incentives, and partner engagement.
• Strategic, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication.
• Proficiency in English at a C1+ level or higher is essential.
