Project Manager/Business Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines utilizing Google Sheets.

• Establish structured project tracking and uphold comprehensive project roadmaps.

• Act as the central communication point among marketing, creative, and production teams.

• Assist the marketing team by managing HubSpot for campaign performance and collaborate with creative departments.

• Identify opportunities to enhance workflow processes and evaluate project management practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in project management.

• Strong emphasis on Google Sheets for tracking projects and managing deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Project Management, or equivalent professional experience.

• Demonstrated experience in performance marketing, especially with Google and Facebook platforms.

• Strong analytical abilities with a knack for interpreting data.

• Proficient in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

• Capacity to work independently while managing multiple projects concurrently.
