This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution, encompassing requirements gathering, scope definition, milestone planning, stakeholder communication, adoption strategies, and impact assessment.
• Recognize systemic operational deficiencies across EOR domains and collaborate with accountable stakeholders to ensure solutions do not lead to additional manual work or unforeseen consequences.
• Foster cross-domain visibility and alignment within EOR Operations by maintaining transparency on initiatives, dependencies, risks, and decision-making processes.
• Discover and implement AI-driven enhancements to EOR operational mechanisms, ensuring precision, security, and measurable outcomes.
• Guide prioritization and sequencing of tasks that span multiple EOR domains, regions, or involve cross-functional transitions; establish streamlined governance and escalation processes for prioritization conflicts.
• Manage ongoing reporting inputs (efficiency, quality, throughput, risk indicators) and translate insights into actionable recommendations, following up with responsible parties.
• Create and continuously refine EOR-wide operational frameworks (intake/routing, handoffs, escalation procedures, documentation standards, and reusable SOP patterns) to mitigate misrouting, duplication, and delays.
• Assist in managing audit and compliance programs for cross-functional initiatives (evidence collection, stakeholder alignment, tracking remediation efforts).
• Collaborate effectively with Product/Engineering, Legal, Customer Success, Finance, and EOR Ops leadership to align on cross-domain operational requirements and facilitate seamless execution across various platforms (e.g., Payroll + PEO + EOR).
• Adapt to any project responsibilities as required by the evolving needs of EOR Operations.
• Proven experience in business operations, program/project management, operational excellence, or a comparable cross-functional role (preferably in EOR Operations or a related operational field).
• Strong project management capabilities, able to navigate ambiguous, multi-stakeholder tasks from problem identification to delivery, adoption, and evaluation.
• Ability to facilitate alignment among teams with varying priorities and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Thoughtfully leverage AI to enhance personal workflows and integrate it into solution design where it significantly improves quality, speed, or clarity.
• Comfortable analyzing operational metrics and reporting (e.g., Sigma, Zendesk, Google Sheets) and adept at translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional writing skills, with a commitment to transparent and effective asynchronous communication with peers and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and structured, demonstrating a proactive approach with high ownership and follow-through.
• Passionate about enhancing systems and workflows, with a proven track record of optimizing processes to be faster, clearer, and more scalable.
• Capable of making swift yet thoughtful decisions, exhibiting strong judgment regarding trade-offs, risks, and the necessity for escalation.
